Founded in August 2017, PHOTON CAPITAL is a fund management company specializes in investing in photovoltaic power plants across Japan.

The PHOTON Group has been actively involved in the development and investment of solar power generation projects both domestically and internationally, with a strong emphasis on environmental harmony, long-term safety, and operational stability.

Looking ahead, we aim to become a leading company in the non-FIT solar power sector as we continue our efforts toward building a sustainable society.

▶︎　August 2017 - Established with the aim of receiving and managing investments in solar power plants from investors in Japan due to many investors expressing interest in investing in the domestic solar power development projects that PHOTON JAPAN was working on.

▶︎　October 2017 - SPC received joint investment in silent partnership with the JECP fund from investors (three companies).

▶︎　February 2019 - SPC received joint investment in silent partnership with the JECP fund from investor (one company).

▶︎　April 2019 - PHOTON CAPITAL formed fund with domestic investors (in the form of two-stage TK-GK scheme).

▶︎　September 2021 - PHOTON CAPITAL formed JPY 10 billion non-FIT fund with domestic investors.
